Pincus Family Foundation Scholarship

The Pincus Family Foundation Scholarship provides support to young people between the age of 16-25 who want to pursue further training or education.

Thanks to the vision and generosity of the Pincus family, OzChild is proud to offer the Pincus Family Foundation Scholarship (PFFS) in conjunction with our Chance to Shine scholarships to offer greater support to young people.

It is the wish of the Pincus family to make scholarships available to financially disadvantaged young people, irrespective of gender, nationality, faith, creed or other persuasion, enabling them to pursue tertiary education that would otherwise be unavailable to them.

Up to four scholarships per year can be offered to assist young people to pursue tertiary or further education at a university, TAFE or registered training organisation. The annual scholarship amount ranges up to around $5,000 and continues each year for the standard length of the course.

The scholarship is available for young people aged 16 and over currently supported by an OzChild program, or those who were but have recently left OzChild’s care.
