Together Again Program
The Together Again program provides reunification assessments for children in foster care who are returning to care with their biological parents.
The Together Again Program (TAP) provides a reunification assessment for children in foster care.
A referral from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) indicates the possibility of the child returning to the care of their biological parents after being in care.
The program works directly with parents in completing a parenting capacity assessment, providing recommendations to child protection in relation to whether the child should return to their care.
Assessments occur over an 8 to 12 week period, which includes weekly visits with the TAP worker as well as access visits with the children.
