Together Again Program

The Together Again program provides reunification assessments for children in foster care who are returning to care with their biological parents.

The Together Again Program (TAP) provides a reunification assessment. The referral from DHHS child protection indicates the possibility the children returning to the care of their biological parents after being in foster care.

TAP staff work directly with parents in completing a parenting capacity assessment providing recommendations to child protection in relation to whether the child should return to their care.

Assessments occur over a 8 to 12 week period, which includes weekly visits with the TAP worker as well as access visits with the children.
