Our work

Family Law Services

Family law services help focus parents, grandparents and carers on the best interests of their children.

Our family law program works with parents and other care givers before and after separation to improve their relationships, reach agreements and see and maintain contact with children in a safe way.

Warrnambool Family Relationship Centre (FRC)

The Warrnambool Family Relationship Centre is a hub for family law services. It is an inclusive and responsive space that services parents, grandparents, and other caregivers.

  • We are a referral hub and we identify the right referrals for parents
  • We care about safety and meet with clients individually before mediation so that we can ensure their safety when accessing our service
  • We offer parent information/education so that separated parents and caregivers have better relationships and can stay focused on their children
  • We offer mediation so that parents, grandparents and carers can talk about their children’s care and wellbeing, make decisions about them, and make agreements
  • We offer S60i certificates for parents who need to make an application to the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
