Program Supervisor MST CAN

Shepparton, VIC $125,000 - $170,000 / Year FP - Full-time Permanent

 

MST-CAN® Program Supervisor – Goulburn Region

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to build a team, shape a new service, and transform the lives of families across the Goulburn region.

Oz Child is seeking an experienced clinical leader to establish and lead a new MST-CAN® team delivering intensive, evidence-based support to families where children are at risk of entering care.

The Restoring Families MST-CAN®Program Supervisor ensures the successful delivery of intensive support to families in the Goulburn region where children are at imminent risk of removal as specified by the requirements set out in the MST License, and under the supervision of the MST-CAN® Consultant as part of the Restoring Families intervention stream.

MST-CAN® is an internationally recognized program for families who have come to the recent attention of child protection services due to physical abuse and/or neglect. MST-CAN® is designed to treat 0–17-year-olds and their families and is proven to keep them together, ensure children and young people are safe, prevent abuse and neglect, reduce mental health difficulties experienced by adults and children and increase natural social supports.

About You

You will bring:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or related field
  • Strong clinical leadership experience
  • Experience working with complex families and risk
  • Passion for evidence-based practice and family-centred outcomes

What We Offer

  • Internationally recognised MST-CAN® program
  • SCHADS Level 7.1 – 119,093.52  (negotiable upon experience ) + super
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 + $2,650 meals & entertainment
  • Car allowance $15,000
  • On-call allowance $11,000
  • Full-time permanent
