The Family Solutions - Frankston and Mornington Integrated Family Service is an innovative service model providing assistance to vulnerable families living in Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula.  The program promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and supports and empowers families through direct service and by enhancing the service network.  The program comprises casework, counselling, case management, in-home therapeutic support, volunteer supports using home-visits, office based support and group work interventions through community partnerships.  Qualified staff and trained volunteers work collaboratively and respectfully with families to build upon their existing strengths, and to enhance and develop skills and coping strategies.

The OzChild Family Service provides short term intensive therapeutic support to children and families living in Frankston and Mornington Peninsula where there are concerns about child and family well being.  It requires a combination of in-home intensive therapeutic services and case management to assist in the development of the parent/child relationship and the resolution of entrenched issues impacting on the capacity to parent.  The program will prioritise interventions/ supports to two groups of children: 0-5 and 8-12 years primary school age, where it has been assessed that the family is ready and able to engage in therapeutic change.

All referrals to the program come through the Integrated Family Services Intake.
