OzChild's Individual  Support Packages (ISP)  help children and young people with a disability identify the things that are important in their lives and the resources required to achieve their goals.

Services are flexible and tailored to the needs of the person, rather than a group of people with differing requirements.

Individual support planning  focuses on the immediate and the future, taking into account the needs, thoughts, concerns and opinions of the individual.  It includes consultation with their family, friends and others within their 'personal' network.

Individual support planning services are available to people living in the Department of Human Services (DHS) Southern Region.  Funding packages can be provided by DHS ISP, the Transport Accident Commission, Futures for Young Adults or compensation payment.  Support can also be provided through private purchase on a fee for service basis.
