OzChild's Futures for Young Adults program helps young people with a disability to transition from school to the next phase of their life.

OzChild Facilitators assist people with a disability and their families/carers to develop and implement a three year plan.

The three year plan assists people with a disability to achieve their goals, and may include participating in further training, obtaining employment (either open employment or employment with a Business Service) or attending an Adult Training and Support Services.
