The Together Again Program (TAP) aims to reunite families when children have been residing in Kinship or out-of-home care placements.  The parent or parents need to have demonstrated an ability to work with services to address issues identified as protective concerns to the child or children.  The program operates throughout the Southern Metropolitan region and undertakes family assessments of the potential reunification for children to their families and supports appropriate referrals should reunification occur. Referrals are made through the Department of Human Services Child Protection Southern Metropolitan Region.

Together Again Program is located at our Dandenong office.
