Frank is proud of his connection with South East Melbourne, attending all of primary and secondary school and university within the City of Monash. Following graduation, Frank did his articles in Melbourne and practised in the city for 12 years.

In 2004, he launched his own commercial law firm. The business model was (and remains) being a de facto in house counsel for his clients, without the high overheads of a permanent in house counsel. Amongst his established list of clients was OzChild.

He has the support of his wife in his business and he has two young children. Both Frank and his wife are involved in their children's sporting and school communities and they believe in the mutual support such communities provide, including the broader OzChild and OzChild Unite Communities.

His interests are travel, Australian military history, rugby union and swimming.
