Terry Lee

Terry is a director of Leadership Psychology Australia and is a leadership and organisational change consultant, coach and educator, and has worked extensively with a wide range of senior leadership teams from leading Australian and International companies.  Terry has been asked to present at many international conferences and seminars and has worked widely in China, Europe and the United States.  He has been a registered practising psychologist for over 25 years.

Formerly Head of Leadership at the Mt. Eliza Business School Terry designed and directed the School's flagship executive development program "Advanced Management Program"

Terry has worked on specific programs for Cisco Systems, Bunnings, C.S.L., Computershare, A.S.I.C., McDonalds, CSBP Executive, Wesfarmers Group, Osram in China, Fuji Xerox (Japan) and Kuwait National Petroleum Company in Kuwait.  Other programs include the facilitation of a global leadership program for Fosters, culture survey for the Australian Defence Forces, and a leadership succession program for Australia Post.
