Rob Goldstein, an accredited commercial litigation specialist, was Admitted to Practice in 1983 (Johannesburg, South Africa) and 1995 (Victoria). Rob arrived in Australia in the mid 1990s, having been a partner in a prominent Johannesburg Law firm. Rob joined Kliger Partners in 2001 and has played an integral part in building the commercial dispute resolution team. He specialises in commercial litigation with particular emphasis on contractual dispute resolution, commercial and retail lease disputes, insolvency, trade practices issues and franchise issues. Rob is a Professional Member of the Law Institute of Victoria Commercial Litigation Section. Other memberships include Melbourne Football Club and Southern Golf Club. OzChild has a history of helping children which dates back to 1851. Today, the organisation is continuing to build on this strong foundation, with around 170 staff and 500 volunteers. TanneshaTannesha, aged 4, was living with her mother, Abby, who was dealing with mental health and drug abuse issues. Abby was unable to provide a safe and stable home, and Tannesha was placed in out of home care. Tannesha was traumatised by being placed out of her mother's care and became withdrawn and refused all food. |
