Having started her first business at 25, Mellissah developed a unique consultancy that specialised in technology and biotechnology. With in-house marketing, public relations, brand, web, film and design, the company grew into three Australian states and has agents in Dubai, London and Los Angeles. She is also the founder of two specialist marketing firms and an internationally award winning film production company. At aged 30, Mellissah started a marketing consultancy firm, Marketing Eye, which has experienced exponential growth, within Australia and overseas and is currently franchising its operations. Mellissah is the founder of not-for-profit, eWomen, a group of over 500 women in the I.T. industry and the co-founder of Women With Drive, a non-profit organisation designed to help young women aged 14-18 years from underprivileged environments.
