Theo has a strong background in both the health industry and business. His experience in the health industry began in the pharmaceutical industry where he held a number of positions in training, sales and marketing after completing his Science studies. His business career spans over hospitality and property development . Theo was the prime instigator and supporter of the first Open Mind Fiesta in 2001.  Theo is a Board Member with Mental Illness Fellowship of Victoria and treasurer of the Cyprus Community of Melbourne and Victoria.
