David is Treasurer and Chair of the Board Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee.  He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with extensive knowledge and experience in governance, procurement processes and risk assurance management in both the public and private sectors.  He is Principal Consultant - Assurance and Risk Management with the Oakton Group, a public listed management and IT consulting company.
