Maria is an educational and developmental psychologist.

Maria works in primary and secondary schools to assist students and families.  She also has a proven track record in assisting children, adolescents and young adults with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.

As an employee of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Intervention (DEECD) Maria's knowledge is current on educational and school related issues and on assisting students in The Program for Students with a disability (PSD). 

Maria has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) & in Motivational Interviewing (MI).
