OzChild is an RTO and a Learn Local provider

The Learn Local education and training sector has a network of organisations reaching across Victoria. OzChild provides local education and training convenient for those living in and around Frankston.

Learners come from different backgrounds and have varying levels of prior education. We deliver education and training that Victorians of all ages need to get a job and develop the skills they require. We find that most who attend our courses take away a lot more than learning as they gain confidence in their abilities and involvement with their local community.

OzChild delivers accredited and pre-accredited programs, that are convenient, welcoming and offer flexible learning options.

Accredited training leads to a nationally recognised qualification. Accredited qualifications, such as the Certificate III in Children's Services or the Certificate III in Education Support, deliver the skills and knowledge required to work in a broad range of occupations and industry sectors.

Our pre-accredited programs enable learners to gain confidence and the fundamental skills which lead to employment and further education opportunities, including accredited programs.

Mental Health/Resilience programs

There are also training and workshop opportunities in our programs to improve mental health, including resilience programs. This training is suitable for professionals working with children and young people, including teachers, student welfare staff, psychologists and others.
